Yes, we are fully licensed, insured, and adhere to all state and local regulations for animal care.
How do you handle medical emergencies?

In the event of an emergency, we immediately contact your veterinarian or our on-call vet. We also notify you as soon as possible.
Do you accommodate dogs with special needs?

Yes, we welcome dogs with special needs, including those requiring medication or special diets. Please provide detailed instructions.
Can I bring my own food and supplies?

Yes, it's OK to bring your toys, bedding, and any other comfort items to make their stay more enjoyable. However, we ask that you don't bring any XL beds that cannot fit in a standard washing machine. We can provide bedding. Also, we also ask that you do not bring any toys or treats that you expect to get back. We provide quality dog food as a courtesy to our guests. If bringing your own food it MUST be in a labeled Tupperware type plastic container. No baggies! NO FROZEN FOOD
